1) Has my order been shipped?

Please Allow 1-3 business days not including weekends for your order to be processed, packaged, and shipped. Once the shipping label is created you will receive an email confirmation and tracking number.

2) Why is my tracking number not moving?

If your tracking number says unavailable it’s because USPS hasn’t updated it yet, so please be patient and check a few hours later.

3) Do I have to pay customs fees?

International Shipping cost does NOT cover custom fee. It’s the buyer’s responsibility to pay taxes and duties owed due to International Shipping.

4) My tracking number says my order was delivered but I don't see it. What do I do?

Please check with other members of your household to see if anyone may have put your package aside as this happens a lot!

If you live in an apartment complex, please contact your rental office to see if they are holding your package there. Some packages won’t fit in your mailbox so carriers will often leave packages at a manager’s office for safekeeping.

Consider calling your local post office with the tracking number (XXXXXXX) and ask them if they can assist you further. Sometimes they have more information than what we can see online. They may even have your package on hold for you.

    Return Policy

    At Grabba Gang store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will be happy to offer a refund or exchange within 15 days of the delivery date.

    To request a refund or exchange, please contact our customer service team at the contact form above. Please provide your order number and the reason for the request.

    All refund and exchange requests are subject to approval by our customer service team. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the items being returned do not meet our requirements.

    Once we receive and approve your request, we will process your refund or exchange and send you a confirmation email. Please note that for refunds, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the funds to be credited back to your original payment method.

    We do ask that all items being returned or exchanged are in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Any items that have been worn, used, or altered will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
